How do I order a custom pet sculpture?
Choose your size, upload clear pet photos, and complete your order. We’ll create your sculpture from the reference images you provide.
What photos should I upload?
We recommend 2–4 clear, well-lit photos from different angles, showing your pet’s colors, markings, face, ears, and body.
Can you work from only one photo?
Sometimes, yes. Multiple clear photos are strongly recommended for a more accurate reference.
Can you create dogs and cats?
Yes. We create custom sculptures for both dogs and cats.
What sizes are available?
Mini — 2.36 in
Classic — 3 in
Premium — 3.14 in
How long does production take?
Standard custom orders typically take approximately 7–10 business days to produce after all required photos and customization details have been confirmed. More complex requests, such as custom poses, clothing, accessories, detailed markings, props, or other special customization, may require additional production time. Particularly complex orders may take significantly longer.
Will it look exactly like my pet?
We recreate key colors, markings, facial features, and overall appearance. Because each piece is handmade, slight variations may occur.
How long does U.S. shipping take?
Shipping to the United States typically takes approximately 7–12 days after production is completed. Shipping time is separate from production time. Because production time varies depending on the complexity of each custom order, we cannot guarantee a fixed total delivery timeframe.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us within 12 hours whenever possible. If production has not started, we’ll do our best to cancel or update the order. Once production begins, major changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Because each sculpture is personalized and cannot normally be resold, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted once production has begun.
Can you create a memorial sculpture?
Yes. If you have usable reference photos, we can create a sculpture of a pet that has passed away.
