Ordering

How do I order a custom pet sculpture?
Choose your preferred size, upload clear photos of your pet, complete your order, and we will begin creating your personalized sculpture based on the reference images you provide.

Can you make both dogs and cats?
Yes. We create custom sculptures for both dogs and cats.

Can I order a sculpture of a pet that has passed away?
Yes. As long as you have usable reference photos, we can create a personalized memorial sculpture based on your pet’s appearance.

Can I order more than one pet?
Availability depends on the product and design. If you would like multiple pets included in one piece, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether your request can be accommodated.

Photos

How many photos should I upload?
We recommend providing 2–4 clear photos from different angles whenever possible.

What photos work best?
Clear, well-lit front-facing, side-angle, and full-body photos are best. Photos should clearly show your pet’s colors, markings, ears, eyes, and other distinctive features.

Can you work from only one photo?
Sometimes, yes. However, multiple clear photos are strongly recommended because they provide more information about your pet’s appearance.

What if I only have old or low-quality photos?
Please upload the clearest photos you have. If the available images are not sufficient for production, we may contact you and ask for additional reference material.

Sizes

What sizes are available?
ToutouPets currently offers:

Mini — 2.36 in
Classic — 3 in
Premium — 3.14 in

Which size should I choose?
Mini is best for compact spaces and small keepsakes. Classic is our recommended option for most customers. Premium offers the largest display presence and more room for visible details.

Will the final size be exactly the same as listed?
Final dimensions may vary slightly depending on your pet’s breed, pose, coat, ears, tail, and overall proportions.

Production

How long does production take?
Typical production time is approximately 7 days.

Is every sculpture handmade?
Yes. Each sculpture is individually created and hand-finished using your pet’s photos as reference.

Will my sculpture look exactly like my pet?
We carefully recreate important features such as coat colors, markings, facial characteristics, and overall appearance. However, each sculpture is a handmade artistic interpretation, so slight variations may occur.

Materials & Care

What materials are used?
Our custom pet sculptures are primarily made using resin-based materials selected for their ability to hold shape and visual details.

How should I care for my sculpture?
Keep it away from excessive heat, prolonged direct sunlight, and water. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth and handle small or delicate parts with care.

Is the sculpture a toy?
No. ToutouPets sculptures are decorative keepsakes and should not be treated as toys.

Shipping

How long does shipping to the United States take?
Shipping typically takes approximately 7–12 days after production is completed.

What is the estimated total delivery time?
Production plus shipping typically takes approximately 14–19 days.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information will be provided once your completed order has shipped.

Do you ship outside the United States?
ToutouPets is currently focused primarily on the U.S. market. Shipping availability, cost, and delivery time for other destinations may vary.

Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?
If you contact us within 12 hours and production has not started, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Once design or production has begun, cancellations due to a change of mind are generally not accepted because the item is already being customized for your pet.

Can I change my photos, size, or customization details?
Please contact us within 12 hours whenever possible. If production has not started, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once production has begun, major changes may no longer be possible.

Remakes & Refunds

What if my sculpture arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging.

What if there is a clear production error?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a correction, remake, replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Can I return a custom sculpture because I changed my mind?
Because each product is personalized and cannot normally be resold, returns and refunds for change of mind are generally not accepted once production has begun.

Should I send a damaged or incorrect item back immediately?
No. Please contact us first. Do not send a customized item back unless we provide return instructions.
