This guide explains the estimated production and delivery timeline for your custom pet sculpture.

How Long Does Production Take?

Our typical production time is approximately 7 days.

During this period, your custom pet figurine goes through several stages, including:

• Reviewing your pet photos
• Creating the sculpture
• Adding important visual details
• Hand-painting
• Finishing
• Final quality inspection

Because each sculpture is individually handmade, production time may vary slightly depending on the complexity of your pet’s markings, pose, coat, and other distinctive features.

How Long Does Shipping to the United States Take?

Shipping to the United States typically takes approximately 7–12 days after production is completed.

Once your sculpture has been finished, inspected, and packaged, it will be handed to the shipping carrier for delivery.
