Because every ToutouPets sculpture is individually handmade from your pet’s photos, each order requires time for creating, detailing, hand-painting, finishing, quality inspection, and shipping.

This guide explains the estimated production and delivery timeline for your custom pet sculpture.

How Long Does Production Take?

Every ToutouPets piece is individually created from your pet’s photos.

For standard custom orders, production typically takes approximately 7–10 business days after all required photos and customization details have been received and confirmed.

However, every pet and every customization request is different. More complex orders may require additional production time.

Factors that may extend the production timeline include:

• Custom poses or body positions
• Clothing, costumes, or accessories
• Complex coat patterns or detailed markings
• Multiple pets in one design
• Special bases, props, or additional sculpted elements
• Highly detailed or unusual customization requests
• Customer-requested changes after design or production has begun
• Additional reference photos or information required to complete the design

For particularly complex custom orders, production may take significantly longer than the standard estimated timeframe.

All production times are estimates rather than guaranteed completion dates. We prioritize accuracy and craftsmanship over rushing a personalized piece.

When Does the Production Timeline Begin?

The estimated production timeline begins after we have received and confirmed all photos, reference materials, and customization details required to create your order.

If additional information, photos, or customer confirmation is required, production may be paused until the necessary information is received.

Requests for changes after production has begun may also extend the original estimated production time.

How Long Does Shipping to the United States Take?

Shipping to the United States typically takes approximately 7–12 days after production is completed.

Shipping time is separate from production time.

Because production time varies according to the complexity of each personalized order, we cannot guarantee a fixed total delivery date.

If you are ordering for a birthday, holiday, anniversary, memorial, or another specific date, we strongly recommend ordering well in advance.

Will I Receive Tracking Information?

Yes.

Once your completed sculpture has been shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can follow the progress of your package.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label has been created.

Why Can Shipping Sometimes Take Longer?

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our direct control.

How Is My Sculpture Packaged?

Each completed sculpture is carefully packaged before shipping.

Because custom figurines may include small or delicate details, we use protective packaging to help reduce the risk of damage during transportation.

We recommend opening your package carefully once it arrives.

What If My Package Arrives Damaged?

If your sculpture arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged sculpture
• Photos of the outer packaging
• Photos of the internal protective packaging

These photos help us understand what happened during transportation and determine the appropriate next step.

Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement, remake, or other appropriate solution in accordance with our after-sales policy.

What If My Package Is Lost?

If tracking indicates that your package may be lost, please contact us.

We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, work with the carrier or shipping partner to investigate the shipment.

If the package is confirmed lost, the next step will be handled according to our lost package policy.

What If I Enter the Wrong Shipping Address?

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

If production or shipping has not yet progressed too far, we may be able to update the address.

Once a package has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Additional shipping costs may apply if a package is returned or needs to be sent again because of an incorrect address provided at checkout.

ToutouPets is currently focused primarily on customers in the United States.

Availability, shipping time, and shipping costs for other destinations may vary.

Because custom sculptures require both production and shipping time, we recommend ordering well in advance if you need your sculpture for:
