Production typically takes around 7–10 business days. Every portrait charm is individually modeled, printed, refined, and hand-painted, so timing may vary slightly depending on the complexity of your pet’s features.
Clear, well-lit close-up photos work best. We recommend a front-facing photo along with additional images showing your pet’s eyes, ears, muzzle, coat colors, markings, and other distinctive facial features.
We use your pet’s real photos as reference and carefully recreate their most recognizable facial features. Because every piece is modeled and painted by hand, small artistic variations are natural and part of its handmade character.
