Production time can vary depending on the current order volume, the complexity of your pet’s markings, and the customization required. Please refer to the product information above for the current production estimate. Shipping time begins after your custom bag charm has been completed and dispatched.
Whenever possible, provide 2–4 clear photos taken in good lighting. A front-facing photo, a side or 45° view, and photos showing your pet’s coat colors, markings, face, body shape, and distinctive features are especially helpful.
