How long does it take to create my pet figurine? +
Each figurine takes approximately 7–10 business days to create. Shipping to the U.S. usually takes an additional 7–12 business days.
What photos should I upload? +
Clear front, side, and full-body photos work best. Please include your pet’s coat colors, markings, face, and any unique details you would like us to capture.
Will the figurine look exactly like my pet? +
Every piece is individually modeled and hand-painted from your pet’s photos. Because each figurine is handmade, slight artistic variations in color, texture, and tiny details are natural.
Can you make both dogs and cats? +
Yes. ToutouPets creates custom figurines for both dogs and cats, including different breeds, coat colors, markings, and poses.
What if my photos aren’t clear enough? +
If we need clearer photos or additional angles, we’ll contact you before production begins.
How is each figurine made? +
Your pet is first recreated as a custom 3D model. The figurine is then printed in resin and individually hand-painted by an artist before final inspection and packaging.
