Production typically takes around 7–10 business days. Because every portrait is individually modeled, refined, hand-painted, and framed, timing may vary slightly depending on the complexity of your pet’s features.
Clear, well-lit photos work best. We recommend including a front-facing photo, side view, and additional images showing your pet’s coat colors, markings, ears, eyes, and other distinctive features.
We use your pet’s real photos as reference and carefully recreate their recognizable features. Because each portrait is individually modeled and hand-painted, small artistic variations are natural and part of the handmade character of each piece.
Yes. We create custom 3D portraits of both dogs and cats using the photos you provide as reference.
If we need clearer photos or additional angles, we’ll contact you by email before production begins. We won’t proceed until we have enough visual information to create your portrait.
